my first time lip syncing so please tell me how i did!

The lip sync looked pretty good to me. I like the fact that the whole jaw moves and not just the lips. The tongue may be protruding too much. It seems to draw attention to the mouth and the movement of the tongue, and not sure that this is desirable. I assume you know that plastic in the background 'moved' and the lighting varied between some frames. The lighting may have been due to your position, which may have varied from one shot to the next. This may be irrelevant because your primary interest with lip syncing.
