t rex test shots

Description

And yet again, another dinosaur dug up from a million years ago. Someday I ought to shoot some new animation.T rex test shots I did around 1985-1989. They were shot on Kodakchrome 40 Super 8 film. This model was sculpted in clay, then caste in foam latex by my friend Jim Randall, with assist by me. The ball and socket armature was made by Ken Walker. I did a lot of tests to learn about stop motion, unfortunately I never really made a film with this guy. These shots of coarse do not have the luxury of a frame grabber, other than my brain, so keep that in mind as you watch. Again, the frame thumbnail did not make it over from you tube.

m_) That dinosaur should skip its era to meet the new milenium.
m_) I would REALLY like to any 2010 film where this dinosaur can be involved.
m_) At least take this as a consideration coming from one of your fans.

Stop giving away all my secrets. Yes that was a poster that I bought, and I cut the front buildings out, and glued them to cardboard to make a 3 d set.
