From start to finish. I started with a basic shape then did a quick concept drawing of how I might want it to turn out. I then just carried on sculpting until he was finished. I am still deciding what I want to do with him. I am either going to cast it in silicone or re sculpt it so I can do some kind of replacement beard system and have a hard cast face. Time will tell :D
