September 1 to September 28 2011 Challenge: "I Have a Dream"
September 1 to September 28 2011 Challenge: "I Have a Dream"
During the live show we chose the topic "I Have a Dream" during a vote between six possible options. This could be part of Martin Luther Kings speech, it could be part of a dream during sleep or whatever you interpret it to mean. The most creative entry will get to choose the topic for the October challenge!

I have to stop dreaming and start creating! It should be a good theme. I hope it's a good theme. Good luck everyone! 
Great picture, Marc. Very dream-like. It might inspire a few people, I'd love to see a set and lighting like that! I already have my idea ( I think ), but sadly, it's not quite so enchanting.

Hey Lordl999, you can find those videos here: http://animateclay.com/index.php/community/videos But you don't need to post them there or in your profile. All you need to do is post it on YouTube or any other video sharing site and post the link to it in this thread. It's the easiest way to do it.

Very nice Fred! We will choose a winner on Wednesday, the next live show since yesterdays was cancelled. If you didn't know already my sister got married so we postponed our show to next week. I think your video is the only one unless someone posts a last minute one. If nobody else does by the end of the day (I'll give any procrastinators 24 more hours) then you will be given the chance to create the next month topic. We'll still talk about your video on the live show. Thanks for making it!

Great piece of work, Freddie. I like the adopted 2D technique. It worked well to show the character shooting up through the clouds.
Well done for getting your entry finished. It's a shame we had such a quiet month.
Personally, I've been devoting my 'allotted animation-time' to the quarterly challenge. I'm a sci-fi nut, and couldn't resist the great theme.

Hi Fred, great job on your film. Everyone loved it during the live show tonight. You will need to choose the next monthly challenge topic. Do you know how that works? Just pick an idea that you think would be fun to animate. Nothing complicated, but something people can do in a month. Then I'll create a new thread to start the next challenge. Congratulations!
