Slow mo punch test

Slow mo punch test

I am planning on doing a stop mo movie in the future using my ufc figures.  I am waiting for some clear matte spray paint so I can get rid of some of the shininess on them, so in the meantime I decided to try and make a quick clip to see if I could do some slow motion in after effects without doing any stop motion. Let me know what you think. vid clip

Re: Slow mo punch test

I thought it looked nice.
Now you made me want After Effects, I just convinced myself I didn't need it too. Haha

Thanks smile AE is worth a look, I know for me it kind of opens up the possibilities with Stop motion, it kind of takes away alot of the limitations.

It takes away a lot of your bank balance too  wink

I thought you used the effect very well. I imagine you can do some really cool stuff with it.

Too true, Im lucky enough to have a pretty good disposable income, But there is a great alternative with Hit film, It does alot of the stuff that AE does at a fraction of the price, although I always found it sort of a drag and drop SFX system, whereas AE you kind of have to build your effects. But for under 200 bucks you can't complain.
