5 9-10 year olds and Film club
So, we are five 9 and 10 year kids who joined flim club. It's an extra-curricular. We decided to do claymation and now we are kids with clay, bristel board, imagination and a dollar store. We are complete newbies with short attention spans. Our supplies
-An iPod touch with Stop Motion apps
-5 kids
-A production binder
-A Dollarama
-A techie person
-And the school's leftover clay
So any tips?

Start small, and plan what you are going to do. Think about jokes, haikus, fragments of a song.
It's good to animate to a speech soundtrack -- try one of these for starters: The Daily Wav *
Don't worry too much about lip synch -- you can do a lot with one closed mouth and one open.
Let's see some reults once you get going, and good luck!

buy a web cam and a get a free stop motion program use a free movie editing program and get a good idea (a small one) and start animating....
imovie was what got me animating because i could finish my movies using it....
have fun....

We have a stop motion festival only for kids over 6 years old. Here is the website:
