Can a CG gekko get more laughs than these newly animated stop motion puppets?
I don't know, but these ads look really good. Here in the US, Geico is a popular insurance provider that uses s a computer generated gekko to get people interested in their offers. One new way to make insurance catch on are funny stop motion videos. A great choice if you ask me.
Santa Monica-based advertising agency RPA and ShadowMachine—the producers of the Emmy Award-winning show Robot Chicken were given funds to create four new ads for Farmers Insurance. While not getting too technical about the "product" that Farmers is offering, I'll just cut to the chase and show you guys the good stuff. You can watch all four ads below.

it's almost as if it's a Robot chicken parody of an existing advert.

OHHHHH....Shadowmachine also does "Moral Orel." That makes sense. These guys look like Moral Orel characters. Especially their little paper mouths.
