Playing Ghost

Bianca Ansems' film has been circulating the film festivals and the attention to detail is amazing!

Now Bianca didn't make this film all by herself, she had a team. It was also a 2011 graduation animation film from the National Film & Television School in the UK. So she had lots of support, something that is always helpful when trying to get through the arduous task of stop motion film making.

So what is this film about? It's about a little girl named Amy who's mother is numbed by the loss of her husband. Amy goes on to find an escape. The escape however is only partially known through the trailer which you can watch below.

Now if you want to learn more there is a host of sites with varying degrees of information about the project. First is the official web site located here. The Facebook fan page for it can be found over here. There aren't many fans yet so I would definitely let her and her team know what you think about the trailer.

Thanks Bianca, I made the correction about the awards. Hmm, don't worry I'm sure you will get some! I also added your grad blog to the article. Can you reveal when the full film might be available on the net?

Thanks, Marc! We have to wait for the main festival round to finish before it can be put it online, unfortunately. So we can't show it in fully online until mid-2012.
