Papagayo is an open source program that is used to break down recorded dialogue for animation purposes. It's not the most advanced or best program, it's also a bit dated but still can work on most systems. The above video breaks down how it is used, it's fairly easy and sometimes the lack of features can be seen as a positive thing.
